I played the entire time in soccer without wincing from pain!

Today we finally played a big game instead of little scrimmages.  My lack of coordination definitely ruled out forward and midfield, and I for sure do not have the wingspan needed to be a good keeper.  So even though I’m the greatest at it (and I mean I’m REALLY REALLY not), I realize I love being a defender.  I don’t know why, but I just like blocking the other team.  It’s probably my subconscious rejoicing at the fact that I’m playing a contact sport so I have an outlet for my pent-up anger (even though I’m pretty sure I don’t have much haha).  That, and I was just so happy to not be running in pain for the first time in days.  R.I.C.E. works wonders during injuries.

I guess the name Ramos was just meant for defense, if you catch my drift ;]  No, I’m kidding…even though I secretly wish I’m not.
